The best thing about supranet is their customer service! They are always willing to answer any question I have regarding my internet connection or billing issues. Their technicians are great too - they're prompt with all of our requests for maintenance work. We've been customers since 1997 (I believe) but we did not use them until recently when one of our buildings lost power during an ice storm in early 2018. With no electricity available inside the building, it was impossible access internet from other providers that were outside the affected area. This created major problems because most employees had critical deadlines approaching at this time.
