Ease of use - it's all about self-service in our day to day work lives where we are trying to solve business problems more quickly than before. Easy onboarding for new users as well as any existing user who needs some additional training support can be easily done with their helpdesk which is super helpful while working remotely or from home office! Their chat feature also has helped us quite often when needed assistance during live meetings/meetings via Zoom etc. The price point may not seem great but I would give them ample time once you start using them and see how they actually provide value over your time invested into solving issues rather then just using another tool out there. We have been able to reduce call volumes by almost two thirds (about 90% reduction). This results in much less interruptions within an already busy team schedule hence being productive at workplace without having to constantly pick up calls at my desk.
