The first device delivered would not turn on or charge. The replacement arrived quickly and fully charged. While the device does what it says on the tin, it doesn't have the quality of other devices I own. First, I have to turn the volume up a lot to hear clearly. Secondly, the battery life is much shorter than anything I have and the charging time is longer. Finally, the range of this device is extremely short. Even with no obstacles between the phone and the device, the sound starts to break up at a distance of more than 1.50 m. I'm not sure if this is all due to the poor battery quality of both devices I received, or if it is a system issue with that make/model. Although the support team quickly sent a new block, it no longer works either. The device just turns on and says it's ready to pair, but doesn't connect to any device. So two devices, two different problems.
