I bought this device to record a family trip to the beach. Was able to turn it on when I bought it so I figured it just needs to be charged. So I put it on the charger, turned it on and connected the memory card to it and then packed it in our suitcase! As soon as we got to the beach and I took it out of my suitcase to use it, the stupid thing wouldn't even turn on. As soon as we got back to the hotel I recharged it. And he returned. Although disappointed I figured maybe I accidentally turned it on and the charge was low so we left it charging and went out to eat. But one day we came back an hour later and tried to pick it up before going to the beach to film a Color War game. which I also bought for my children. That fool didn't even tune in! Plugged in and turned on immediately. That's where we inevitably learned that the damn thing won't even turn on if it's not plugged into a charger! I'm not even sure if it will record at all or not since you don't have much to record when you install a plugin. This meant we actually had to use our phones here and there to record little moments as we were able to record our entire trip as planned because this device wasn't working. Just to return from our trip to find out the return window is closed 3 days before we return from our trip which was incredibly frustrating. So now it looks like we're stuck with this useless piece of junk! SAVE YOUR MONEY, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU SIMPLY DON'T HAVE MONEY TO CHOOSE FROM OR YOUR CHANCES WILL GET OUT OF YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY ON A USELESS IMAGE! EXACTLY THIS IS HOW YOU UNDERSTAND US!
