I like that they have an online portal to create emails; it is easy enough so even non-tech people can use them! Their customer service has been great as well - prompt responses with questions or issues we've had during our account setup process (especially when setting up multiple email addresses).

The price of their plans seemed really high at first until you look into all your options compared side by side. You get what you pay for here but if pricing seems too much than maybe shop around elsewhere since many other providers offer similar features without breaking the bank? Having access from any computer via my phone was helpful while traveling away form home office space which allowed me flexibility where ever needed most efficiently.
