Review on SEMIER Compact Personal Walkman Cassette Tape Player/Recorder with Built-in Speaker and Earphones - Silver, AM FM Radio Stereo - Portable Cassette Player/Recorder by Balthazar Cooper

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great for everything. except for recording music straight from another device

Got this so I can record my own tapes from Spotify for my old car. While it's good in almost every other aspect - how easy it is to use, how well it plays cassettes and radio, and the sound quality of cassettes recorded from the radio - it really wasn't good for recording directly from another device. He did, but it sounded like demons had burst out of him and were looking for my soul. Luckily I'm a ginger. It was actually pretty weird and that's one of the reasons I'm giving it four stars instead of three. So for any other use it's pretty good. Still fun to use although it doesn't suit my needs. However, if like me you're trying to find something to record your digital music onto cassette tapes (preferably straight from the device to minimize background noise), this isn't the case. If you're trying to get one for the same reason I am - to have personal mixtapes that you can play in your car with a cassette player - just buy a cassette audio converter. The one I just got was about $7 (usually $10 on sale) and it's working great so far. like me - to have personal mixtapes to play in the car with a cassette player - just buy a cassette audio converter.
