I like that it's easy to use as well as customize what you would need or want from your tour tracking system. That there are templates available so that everything will fit within one template rather than having multiple pages which can be confusing when trying to match up with another person who has created their own page layout. Also sometimes the website freezes making using difficult at times. We have been able to track our tours very easily and even send reports out regarding attendance and mileage travelled while keeping records secure. The best feature about this program is that it works with my GPS to give me directions when I am lost or not sure where I'm going. It also has an option where you can write notes down as your drive so they are easy to find later. Sometimes there's difficulty finding things if you need to look up something specific. This helps me stay organized because everything is stored online.
