Perfect fit, I know my toddler so I ordered he wears size 7-8. I ordered 10-12. Amazing fit, extra room, not too tight but room to grow. So he won't dig, you know where. He's also on a moderate autism spectrum, so he's crazy about some stuff, that's God's manna! Not to mention that he loves Transformers and Autobots. HOORAY! Win.Fabrics are a difficult subject for some children, I definitely recommend them, order if you are concerned. My boy is slimmer but they are fantastic, very soft and very stretchy. The front pocket is well made. it's important, really important. Sorry but when the boys are active it matters. I think they are breathable, unlike some materials they are well ventilated. Long school hours can be exhausting for sensitive skin. It helps to have the right clothes. Hope this helps the other parent in their quest!
