Review on 🎒 The North Face Women's Surge Commuter Laptop Backpack: Stylish and Functional Travel Companion by Anthony Gupta

I was so happy to replace my worn out work/travel backpack with this one. It's so uncomfortable - it feels like very thin straps are cutting off my arms at the shoulder. The description says it's so good for the back. That's a lie. I would have sent it back but I'm an idiot and tore off the tags before putting it on. It still has plenty of room, so I don't overload it. I'm 5ft 9in and definitely not made for a tall woman. And yes, I adjusted the straps. sucks. Now I'm spending even more money looking for some kind of belt pad.
