Full engagement platform with great customer support
The most impressive thing is that it's an entire package, not just a simple tool to engage fans of games or players - but a full service solution, which includes analytics and data management. It was very easy for us to set up (we had no IT/programming knowledge) and we were able to see results in only few days! I think there are some things that could be improved like user experience, UX design. There should be more templates and better training material available. We engaged our fanbase through live streams, challenges and other game related activities.

- Data security policy provided by vendor as standard feature with any contract; ) All this great features make me really comfortable about decision making process at my work :)
