Review on Black Bose QuietComfort 35 II Wireless Bluetooth Headphones with Alexa Voice Control and Noise-Cancelling Technology by DaHee Cheon ᠌

Revainrating 1 out of 5

A terrible purchase, I sympathize with everyone who bought it.

One fine day, Bose released a firmware ate that completely broke the noise cancellation. If earlier it worked flawlessly, cutting off almost all sound (feel deaf), now they do not even drown out the sounds of the keyboard and mouse from a person sitting a meter away. At the same time, the company itself, despite the massive dissatisfaction of users, does not admit it: it says that everything is OK, nothing has changed. In general, because of this, I had to remove four stars from the rating. Noise reduction was the only wow-feature of these headphones: the sound in them is mediocre, codec support is so-so, the battery of stars from the sky is not enough. Yes, these are still good headphones, but they are not worth the money.

Pros
  • + Comfortable ear cushions that don't tire your ears + Excellent appearance + Ability to connect to multiple devices at the same time + On older firmware, excellent noise reduction + Comes with hard case for storage
Cons
  • - On new firmware, the noise reduction is sluggish
