It's very user friendly, it was really easy for me as I'm new in this website! The support offered by their team helps us solving all our doubts so fastly!! At least we have one professional company that understand how important are these things from end-user perspective (our clients). They also helped us solve problems during production deployment process at customer side too. Nothing much about negative points regarding Xplorer platform but there must be some thing because they did help us with many issues while setting up system for my client. We had challenges related to security access control within organization due to different departments having separate credentials/policies etc. This issue has been resolved now using Xenon Access Control Module integrated into xPlorer Enterprise Platform Solution along its integration capabilities such as Active Directory Management which provides centralized management over multiple networks across enterprise.
