I like that it is easy to use, has great customer service, and their team really gets things done! They are very flexible with our needs as we have changed over time. The tool itself can be expensive for some companies so having someone who understands your business help you through this process will make all of the difference. It's not something I would say I dislike but there isn't much that I do like about Rocketism. If you're looking for an effective CRM system then look no further than Rocketism. We needed a way to track leads and opportunities across multiple departments within our organization. This helped us keep up-to-date on what was going on internally and externally.
