RosterElf - Beneficial for any organization

It is easy to use and it's free! I have been able to add all of our employees in one place instead of using different applications and spreadsheets.
Some things can get confusing but there are some great tutorials out there to help with that process too.
The application has helped me cut down on administrative time because now all of my managers know where each employee stands in terms of their performance. This helps us keep track of who needs what training or coaching next so we don't miss people or train them incorrectly which leads to missed opportunities.
