Great for keeping track of employee information
I like how easily you can track all your data in one place - it's very easy for new hires or employees who haven't been around as long but want more information about their coworkers etc-you just search everything by ID number (they have assigned IDs) so if they leave/switch jobs before leaving feedback is not lost because of this system! You cannot comment directly with someone via email anymore; instead we must choose either 'like' OR send them an attachment which seems super dated now since social media has come into play!! This used be my favorite part when working at another large firm where everyone was using different systems across our departments within firms - especially HR department had its own separate database & couldn’t connect between any other databases even though IT tried hard enough. Now there are no issues connecting these two types together.
- It allows users to update info themselves without having supervisors constantly monitoring progress, making sure people do what needs doing.it does take some time getting use too depending upon ones previous experience however once learned takes less than 5 minutes per session.The program also works great from home computer vs office computers due mostly only being available online that way..not dependent solely off internet connection availability..which saves money!!! Very user friendly interface
