I have a small aviary where I hand hold cockatiels as pets. I bought this crate to use as a live animal carrier to transport my cockatiels to my clients. For 8-10 week old babies this size is perfect! Most of my searches for cardboard transport boxes result in the boxes being too big for my needs so I was very happy when I decided to try this box and make sure it was the right size for me. It also works for larger adult cockatiels although I would only use it for very short periods of time or for very long distances as they are larger than babies and the adult box is a bit small. Will definitely be buying these boxes again for all future uses!
