I liked that it was easy to use for both donors/members as well as volunteers who were working events or fundraisers! The support team could be more knowledgeable about certain aspects of how things work, but they are always helpful if you have questions. This site made managing our membership database easier than ever before--it's very intuitive once used correctly (and we had some help along those lines!). The customer service, ease of use and support is what I appreciate the most about this software. I also love that it integrates with our accounting software so we can easily pull data for all donors and give reports to leadership. I wish there was more reporting features available such as more report filters. We have used other platforms and none compare to the ease of use and functionality provided by My Giving Solutions! Reporting is easy, managing membership and giving records are simple.
