Great Task Management Tool: Remember the Milk

I like how it is simple and easy to create and maintain to-do lists. It is flexible, so you can set reminders for everything. And the best part is that it syncs between desktop and mobile which is a nice little addition. It works well and is generally easy to learn, it has a lot of integrations with third-party applications, like for calendars. It is easy to create tasks and also to edit them. You can use it not just for yourself, but also for a team. It helps to plan and keep track of tasks. I would like it would be possible to share tasks with colleagues and clients. Also, it would be great if you could set reminders for your tasks using your phone. It is a great task management tool for all purposes. It helps to organize and plan on a daily basis. This way, it is great for both personal and professional use. And we can share access with colleagues. It is the best task management tool because of its flexibility. It helps to remind us of the things we need to do and that are important to us. I love that it is easy to use and it is very useful for keeping track of my day to day tasks. It is also very easy to set reminders. I dislike that it is not a mobile app. I also dislike that it is not available offline. I have not found a way to set reminders when I am offline. I also dislike that it does not have a way to add notes to tasks. I have been able to organize my tasks as well as keep track of my day to day tasks. I also love that it is very easy to use. It is very easy to learn and use.

Pros
  • Simple interface makes adding new items quick an intuitive; ability in some instances(for example Google Drive)to store files locally within RtM without needing cloud storage services such Amazon's S3 or Dropbox etc.I'd say this service falls somewhere short compared other popular productivity suites (Wunderlist perhaps being one worth mentioning among many), mainly due lackluster functionality regarding integration options outside their own proprietary platforms
Cons
  • Mostly okay, but...
