Review on MindPeer by Kevin Carr

I love how easy it was to use, great customer support & insights into what our customers like/dont want in their products! It helps us understand where we are doing well - but also areas for improvement so as not waste time with things which aren't working out (yet). Nothing really dislike about this software at all- just wish there were more features available compared other similar platforms e g better analytics etc? However they do offer training if you need help understanding some aspects or have any questions regarding your usage once implemented!! Definitely recommend trying them first before signing up elsewhere since its relatively cheap too :) We've been using mindpeer over 2 years now mainly because i find most people dont realise when something does work perfectly without needing changes made by yourself vs ones done manually through excel calculations / data entry from scratch everytime =).
