Anytime I buy cheap jewelry, I expect it to be poorly made or fade quickly. These far exceeded my expectations! I wore the necklace the day I received it and it still looks as beautiful as that day! When I took it out of the box I was pleasantly surprised by the look - the chain is thin but doesn't seem too fragile. The heart is small enough not to be too conspicuous a statement, but not so small that it's not visible. The keychain is quite thin but doesn't bend like I feared. They both seem to be decently made, especially for the price! Also to note: The hearts on each piece do NOT match - I'd love if they matched, but for symbolic purposes it doesn't matter. I have very sensitive skin and was concerned that the necklace would fade and rub off the color of my skin. It's been working fine for me for a week and a half. No discoloration even after wearing in the gym and in the shower. I probably won't get into the habit of wearing it to those places in the future! The key fob can be carried around, put in your pocket, thrown away and easily handled with keys, and it's still just as good as it was opened!
