Imdone - Reviewing issues over email doesn

The ability to create tasks as well as issue tracking for our internal teams is great! It's easy enough that even non-technical people can use it with little trouble, which has been one of its biggest challenges so far - getting users onboarded quickly and easily. I dislike how difficult they make creating an account/profile page (or whatever you call it). They don't seem to have any way at all around making this process more user friendly than having someone who knows HTML help me set up my profile or adding new memberships. There are other services out there like Wrike where we could host everything ourselves but for us using something hosted by another service was better because it made things easier when dealing with clients who aren't familiar with coding themselves. We're solving two problems here; 1) Creating work orders within client sites2) Tracking open bugs.
