I like that it has an easy interface for employees using my software to input their time into the system. It also allows me to track hours in real time, which helps keep management informed about employee productivity. This program works best if you use only one software package along with this app (such as Quickbooks), otherwise things can get confusing when trying to see what's going on with your team members' timesheets. Also, sometimes there are errors or glitches where something doesn't show up correctly; however, support staff quickly gets back to us with answers and fixes most issues we have. We run our business through multiple departments so tracking all of our time is essential to knowing who's doing what each day. With this app, we know exactly how long people spend working from home versus being at the office.
