When I was looking for a new business phone system I was referred to SSO by our previous IT company. They set us up with everything we needed including the software and hardware. The customer service at SSO has been great! Any time I have had an issue or question they are always quick to respond and get me what I need right away. There really isn't anything that I dislike about this product. It works well as advertised and it's easy to use. We've had no problems since starting to use it. Our customers love how easy it is to make calls and also how much better the quality of the calls is than the old phones we were using.
