The customer service team has been fantastic to work with! They are always quick to respond (even during busy hours) and they listen when you have issues that need fixing/understanding better. I love how easy it is to log into this software once you've trained someone else who will use it. When we first started using Avachrom there were many features not available to us initially which made me feel overwhelmed at times. This was completely remedied by the Customer Service Team and now we are very happy customers! We're solving our storage problem by moving files offsite as well as making them more readily accessible online.
