I may have a faulty unit, but my experience has been less than outstanding. Works well for a few minutes with a small crackle, then shuts off as soon as the on-screen volume is turned up. I think that the repeater cannot handle the audio and video traffic in both directions. I've checked the connectors, they don't appear to be damaged - and the cable isn't experiencing any unusual pressure pulling it out of the repeater because I've taped the HDMI cables to the wall. I've read some posts from people saying that the graphics card may not be able to to handle the additional power of all USB ports used. So I tried switching one of the Oculus sensors to a graphics card port instead of a headset, but that didn't help. Cord length shouldn't be an issue as I use 15ft extensions for my Oculus Rift headset. Maybe a higher quality repeater is the solution.
