The support ticket system has an easy-to-use interface that makes it simple to send in tickets. I have nothing bad to say about them! If you're looking to get some serious business done without breaking the bank this host may be what you need. Our website was down one day last month because of high traffic from another provider who we believe had been hacked. We were able to recover after 2 hours but realized how important our downtime would be so wanted to avoid such issues again. I like that it was easy to set up and easy to use. It's also very cheap! The only thing I don't like is that they are not very responsive if you have any questions or problems with your account. If you want an easy way to host your website this is a great option. I used it for my business, and I can say that it has been easy to use and very reliable.
