Review on Hoshinplan by Roberto Manzer

I'm using this software for my current organization as well an old one that we have stopped doing consulting with - it's great! It really helps me understand what our clients think about us in order of importance (or least important) so its invaluable tool when deciding which areas are most valuable or where there might be opportunities from improving client relationships/communication skills etc.. Really simple UI but very professional at delivering information you need quickly & effectively- would love more functionality like being able to create graphs easily if required too though not essential.- easy drag n drop ability makes creating visualisations quick & effective once created also excellent reporting functions including KPIs dashboard creation tools help keep everyone updated regularly.
