Description of Efficient Control: AIR LIFT 25592 Load Controller II On Board Air Compressor System

Economically priced on board air compressor system. Perfect for light or medium duty applications for air springs. Includes compressor and gauge and wiring harness. Low pressure sensor automatically activates compressor if pressure drops. Single path system inflates two air springs at the same rate at the same time. The easy-to-read pressure gauge allows for on-the-go adjustments, with one gauge, dual needles, and a simple inflate and deflate button.

I would not buy again.

The pump broke on the second use. I would recommend getting a second pump. It took me ages to inflate my air spring with the included air compressor. It was easy to install considering all the cables. The sensor works well, so I give 2 stars. I believe there is a Viair compressor air compressor option, much better brand and quality. I also think it's made in the USA.

Simple and reliable spare parts

The hardest part is figuring out where to mount the sensor and panel. Simple wiring, lots of catenary and an external compressor is no longer required. Fills pouches very quickly, key must be discharged on first inflation. Every weekend I tow a 32ft caravan and two dirt bikes for just £9.5k. I inflate the bags to 25 pounds, load them, connect them and make sure I'm standing up straight. A simple swipe is all I need, if that.

  • good stuff

  • don't remember

No more guessing about the pressure and making adjustments on the fly.

With my F350 Quad Cab everything that was intended worked. I used a few additional proprietary components to protect/hold the cable. Installation wasn't too bad, but took a bit of time as you decide how and where to install the components of the kit. Overall I would recommend this kit. I should have installed that a long time ago. Adjusting the air pressure from inside while riding is much easier.

So worth the money!

Just does what it's supposed to! My only complaint is that I didn't buy it sooner! I like that I don't have to get out of the truck, look for a portable compressor, connect a plug and then a valve, then wait for the bag to inflate, check the pressure again. All just to do it again for the bag on the other side! Now, sitting comfortably in my chair, I push one button to inflate and another to deflate while looking at the pressure gauge! I can only recommend this to everyone! Installed on my '99…

Leakage source for air spring kits

We were very happy with our purchase for 2 months, then we slowly started to leak. We assumed it was in the lines somewhere. We checked the lines and also took them to two machine shops to inspect. controller leak. After noticing the leak, it gradually got worse, to the point where we had to inflate it to 20 every 8 minutes of ride to keep it from bottoming out. With the engine off you can hear the system making a miserable noise as it bleeds. Advice from everyone we've consulted to replace…

Excellent customer care from Airlift

I bought the item in open packaging and it was obviously a return. All of the contents were there, but you could see the screw marks on the sensor assembly where it was previously installed. This didn't bother me as I put the screws in the exact same spot but the sensor didn't work and I suspect that was the reason for the return. I've already routed all the cables and the air hose, so instead of taking it off and sending it in for a replacement, I called Air;ift. They asked for my order number

Works well. Cheap switches and connectors.

This is a great kit and much more convenient than adding air to bags by hand. I would give 5 stars. However, my sensor detected a crack in the glass. Has no influence on his work. But kind of disappointing and don't want to deal with a returnable replacement. The switch and its mount are the lowest quality drop they could possibly use. I think the quality could be better for the price. The electrical connections they ship are also low quality junk. I replaced everything with solder and shrink…

GREAT air pump control system!

I installed airbags in my Chevy 2500HD Air Lift 5000 and didn't want to "ventilate" them all the time, so I had to look into the air on board. - a system that could service my rear air lift kit. And it was DEFINITELY what I was looking for. It's not that bad to assemble (other than trying to figure out where those air ducts are supposed to go) to use a 1/4" Big Truck" air hose instead of 1/8" air shock air lines. The pump is easy to mount under the bed of your truck and the wiring is also…
