    The transformer must always be in the room.

    They shine very nicely. I like the ability to change features. However, this indicates indoor and outdoor use, but the transformer must always be kept indoors. I bought these for an outdoor Halloween decoration so now I'm not sure how I'm going to use them.

    It's the season for beautiful lights

    These lights are perfect. The picture does not convey the full effect of these lights. They're crisp, colorful, vibrant, and you can change color, make them blink, fade, etc. They were very reasonably priced and delivered in just a few days. I personally couldn't be happier.

    Gorgeous lights!: Seasonal decorations

    I bought these for my Christmas tree this year. I actually bought 3 kits not knowing how many I would need and ended up only having to use 1 kit on my tree and leave 2 left to play elsewhere in my house. You are absolutely wonderful! The brightness is perfect! 8 different settings ensure even more fun!

    Nice! for indoor garlands

    This garland is simply beautiful! A string of 300 lights was more than enough to cover all of my railings. The lights can be programmed to flash or remain constant. I can program them for color, purple, or orange, or a combination of both. That's the best $20 I've spent in a long time! #satisfied customer

    There is no memory, if you turn off the device and turn it on again, it goes into demo mode!

    Bought two of these kits and both have no memory. This means that if you have a display that you set up with remote power, it will go into demo mode if the power is cycled off and then on again! If you can't get to where you placed the Transformer, you won't be able to set it up, as you'll have to do this EVERY TIME YOU TURN IT OFF!

    Not happy with purchase

    Not quite roadworthy. You have to keep the transformer inside and you can't replace a fuse if it's blown like you can with a real outdoor light. As soon as it got cold, these guys died and went in the trash. If you plan to use them indoors I think they will be great. The orange color is vibrant and loves different light settings. But if you plan to use it outdoors, don't waste your money. You can get better coverage at Walmart for a lot less.

The 8 functions tend to blink, which is way too much, but fading in and out or staying on all the time isn't too bad.
