Better look elsewhere in Repellent

I've used about half a bottle so far and it doesn't matter. Window seals are still difficult to replace. So I decided to put some of this in a cup and add a piece of hard caulk to see if it would restore it. Three days later still rock hard. Pass on.

Pros
  • Chic design
Cons
  • New competition has arrived

Great product, hard to find

Very good product/formula. Rubber seals and seals don't take care of themselves. I use it preventively for the seals on the sliding doors of our motorhomes and also for our cars. This product saves me time and money by keeping my fillings light.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Wind noise reduction in my car

Seems to work. I've used it on the seals around my car doors and it seems to reduce wind noise. A word of caution: Clean the sealer with soap and water before applying. A good cleaning, especially in the lower area of the doors, brings the best results. Apply this to the door a few times, covering every inch of the seal. Even in hard-to-reach places.

Works Good - Interior Care

This is the best material I've found for our car's window trim. My truck was a bit deserted so the first call came in pretty quickly. But the second coat lasted a long time. I'd say it's been almost two months and the finish still looks great. It's probably time for another app, but it's still 100% better than before. It is easy to apply with the sponge applicator. It's a good thing, I definitely recommend it.

Ease of use: car care

I have an old car and I've found my trunk gets stuck in the winter. I looked around and noticed that my rubber seals were drier/stiffer. I searched the internet for a product that restores elasticity so I don't have to replace gaskets. Other products that you have to spray on can make a mess, but this one has an easy-to-use applicator. After using it I noticed that my seals are not as dry as they used to be. I would recommend this to people who want to extend the life of their seals or help…

placebo product. in Protectants

This is a water based product. It's syas, it's on the side. I noticed this after seeing the product dripping onto the doors and windows of my Mazda CX5. Folks, the vast majority of rubber used in cars is chemical resistant rubber. A water-based "solution" is nothing more than a placebo. It was immediately apparent that this product did not condition my tires. I've seen significantly better results with the Meguirs vinyl profile. Find a solution that restores the lost oil in the rubber and…

Pros
  • 303 Rubber Seal Protectant protects seals from drying out and cracking at extreme temperatures.
Cons
  • Good but not great

This is a bomb for lubricating and preserving rubber window and door seals (car and home). It sticks when wet, but forms a completely dry lubricating film when dry. Feels like talc or dry Teflon. Worked great on my convertible roof seals (which creaked). My house's doors open and close better because the weatherproof rubber slides better on the frame. I have tried other lubes but they are sticky and attract dirt. This stuff does and it's dry. I'll try it on my window frame glue marks.

Pros
  • Includes an easy-to-use applicator for hard-to-reach areas around doors, windows, hoods and trunk seals. Also ideal for use on windscreen wipers.
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Simply good. The results seem disappointing.

I tried this as a cheaper alternative to a German competitor's product I had used in the past. I think the competitor is worth the money. Product 303 applies easily but I don't see or feel any significant difference in sealing. It may do more than it looks, but the competition has produced obvious and immediate results. Product 303 is water based and fairly thin. I have coated an open sunroof seal with a competitor's product and after intensive application the seal was noticeably more flexible…

Pros
  • Restores the elasticity of seals and weatherproofs door, window, hood and trunk seals.
Cons
  • Useless features

Protect your car's rubber seals.

Protects your vehicle's rubber seals. This product is designed to protect your car's rubber seals from drying out. Protecting these seals is very important as they are not easy to replace on some vehicles. The manufacturer can also refrain from producing replacement gaskets if the car is an older model. Parts for unpopular brands and models are becoming increasingly difficult to find. It's in your best interest to take care of these details, which are often neglected. Spend more effort…
