I love how easy it is to create custom workflows for my team, which makes our lives easier! It's also really simple to get started with AAPI since there are so many templates available. There isn't much out of the box functionality in terms of integrations or connectors but this can be easily added by an admin user if needed. I like the ease of use. It's a very simple software to use, it's easy to learn and you can do most things with just one click. The only thing I dislike is that sometimes when I try to go back to my previous step I have to wait for some seconds before being able to go back. Sometimes I don't know why but the software doesn't recognize me as logged in, or if I'm already logged in it takes me to an empty page. I like how it provides seamless integration with our application, which is great for developers who want to leverage existing APIs without having custom code/libraries in place themselves (or at least fewer of them). There are additional features we'd love if would be open source but they do provide their commercial tier product as well so not sure what advantages there might actually being an S3 backend instead since it's been awhile now from when this particular issue arose within APIMS…
