Very User Friendly Software for HR Management

I have used this tool before in another organization, so it was easy transition from previous product into new version of software with all bells & whistles (as well as other features!). It can take some time figuring out how everything works together! The interface may be confusing at first glance if you do not know what each section does or where things are located - however once one finds their way around they will find its very intuitive!! Also there isn't much training available online…

  • Good price compared within market standards.
  • Training provided is good even though most info comes during initial consultancy session itself :)

Easy to use and flawless implementation for simple website needs

I like how easy it was once we decided what features were needed, they designed everything around us! We had zero customization of our account management page or any other parts so there wasn't much room left in terms of design changes but their team worked with me every step along way until things looked just right (even if those "just" steps weren’t exactly my preference). There are some minor quirks here &there - mostly having something not work as expected when you're expecting them too-but

AccelCRM - Difficult tool when used alone

The best thing about Accel is the support team. They are always willing to help, and they are always quick to respond. If you need help, they are there. The product is expensive, and it's difficult to make it work unless you are willing to put in the time to learn it. I think the product is too complicated for me to use. I also don't like that it's not as easy to customize as it should be. I use Accel for all of our sales and marketing, and I have to use Accel for everything. I wish it was more
