Not sure if ACDelco will be back in business after the box was so messed up everything was loose and messed up. I hope the product works.

This thing is great for blending and polishing those hard to reach spots on my boat. Just like you would with any other battery. However, after intensive use, it gets very hot.

If you need to polish/clean 1.2" or 3" you will probably need to get into hard to reach places without extensions, it's useless and I'd love to buy an extra extension pack but there aren't any I've been looking for a month and now they're gone.

Great for grinding and polishing headlights! I wish all my buffers and polishers were wireless. Depending on how much grinding you do, you can make a pair of headlights without changing batteries. The stubborn need fresh ones.

I have a large - 9 inch. - Buffer for waxing my car, this works great but it can't get all the little ridges/seams/bends of the design into the car - either waxing or buffing. This mini polishing machine is perfect for this purpose. I also like the wireless functionality - it's a lot better than lugging around extension cords in the garage.

Works great! And with two batteries included, I don't waste time waiting for a new charge. The problem is that I had an incredible amount of time finding replacement velcro foam pads (thin, black) like the ONE that came with the kit. Contacted Delco and they were no help. Without this problem I would have given 5 stars. BTW: If anyone reading this knows where to find the same pads, please let me know!

It's a good car for the price. Please note that the kit only includes backing pads for sanding, not for polishing. Also, the instructions/manual are in broken English and don't make any sense. There is also no information on the thread size of the carrier plate. If you decide to purchase, I recommend ordering higher quality polishing pads and a backing plate designed for rotary polishing. Again, for the money this is a good detailing tool, but it's by no means a Milwaukee.

I've been in the automotive industry for 30 years - this has become one of my favorite tools. It's versatile - I can use it to sand in hard-to-reach places, or I can switch to buffer pads and buff small areas that would be inaccessible with a regular buffer. At the same time, it allows me to buff out some minor paint imperfections on large panels without having to lift and use a heavier buff, which also allows for less shrinkage and less cleaning after buffing. Giving only 2 stars makes these USED tools great tools before they have been revised. I've had it for over 5 years and it still works great. I gave it to one of my new techs, so I decided to buy a new one. When it came out I quickly realized that they had changed the design and immediately noticed that the new batteries and charger seem to be a lot lighter than the old ones.
