Absolute rubbish: tire and rim care

They fall apart immediately in your hand. You may think they should be durable, but these are the most fragile and lightweight sponges you will ever see. NOTHING beats this when greasing tires.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Great applicator for Adams VRT Cleaner

They work well with Adams VRT Cleaner. Allows VRT to be applied without rinsing and cleans well. I prefer the tires on my custom truck as they leave a flat, non-shiny finish. Easier and cleaner than using a cloth.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Not for everyone

Holds a lot of product

Other than holding a lot of product, it's not too bad. It is comfortable to hold and distributes the product well. I would say it's better than other application sponges, this one actually looks solid and hasn't cracked yet after I've fixed 4 big tires while the other sponges will crack after I've painted 4 tires on your truck.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Interchangeable

Easy application of the product in detail

Square foam applicators make it easier and more precise to apply the product to almost all areas of the car. The wide foam blocks are much easier to grip and hold than regular flat round applicators. Holds a lot of product, care must be taken not to add too much foam or it will become saturated.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • I'll write later

The best foam applicator ever!

I have used the Adams Styrofoam Applicator for many years and find it to be the best tire repair tool ever. I like to get them in bulk because they always seem to get uncomfortable very quickly when inflating tires. With a box this big, I always have something in stock. I would recommend them to anyone looking for additional foam applicators.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • poorly thought out

They're very cheap and work great

First off, I'd like to point out that these are literally just blocks of styrofoam cut from a larger block of styrofoam, but in this case, simplicity is fine. I've used much nicer (and much more expensive) foam and microfiber applicators, and as far as shiny hoops go, the sharp edges make them just as effective and frankly easier to use. I'm definitely going to be using microfiber pads for the interior and fairing because things are a little bulky for those scenarios, but I couldn't ask for…

Pros
  • They're fun
Cons
  • Everything is great

Gorgeous pads!

This is fantastic. Use a bread knife to cut bread into whatever size and shape you need for your hoop size. They crumble after some time of use, this accelerates when used on tires with a lot of treads and details on the sidewalls; but that's to be expected. They are cheap and disposable. I've noticed that they last a little longer if I rinse them after use. I've only used Chemical Guys Meguiar Hyper Dressing and VRP with them. VRP is a bit easier as it is a thicker material. The hyper-dressing

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Weight
