2 Bad Blocks - Network Adapter

Drivers connected, configured and installed, networks added to the adapter. Now an old PC with a non-working network adapter can access 2.4GHz networks and now 5GHz networks. Amazing.UPDATE 11/11/19 The product stopped working after 2 days. He moved in all ports and did not keep in touch even after the company sent 2 and 1. Wouldn't buy again.

Works as intended: Computers and accessories

As trite as that title may sound, it's important to work as intended because the difference between 802.11n and 802.11ac in terms of wireless router speed and range is huge is. . This allows an old laptop (2 years old) to run through 4 walls in the 5G range of my dual feature WiFi router indoors, so a big deal for the user and their laptop.

Solved my problems on computers and accessories

The product is quite easy to install and easy to use. More importantly, it solved two problems I had. First, my computer wouldn't let me access my 5G home network, but with this new device, I can. Second, my WiFi speed was slow even though my ISP provides high speed for my house. The new device has greatly improved the speed of my internet connection to my computer over our home wifi. All in all I am very satisfied.

Superb USB WiFi Adapter

This WiFi adapter is very easy to install. I just plugged it into a free USB port on my computer. The driver was automatically installed by Windows 10. It worked with USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports on my Dell desktop computer. I was able to connect to both 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz WiFi networks because I have a dual band router. The 5.0 GHz connection is a huge speed improvement over my previous Wi-Fi adapter. I highly recommend this product for its affordable price and easy installation.

WORKS WELL Works well with USB network adapters

I've never heard of Wi-Fi adapters and have seen several priced between $60 and $100. I saw this item for less than $20 with great reviews and it works fantastic. I just bought a new house with wireless routers and wireless satellite DVRs. Didn't know I either needed a network for old PCs custom built in the back room so I bought this item, my PC is on the other side of the house from the wifi router and works fine. It's not T1 or T3 speed, but it's better for internet use. Not sure about theโ€ฆ

This is the best value for money.

I live in a three story house, my bedroom is on the top floor and my router is (of course) on the ground floor. I've tried extension cords that plug into the wall and they offer some limited benefits but still don't deliver power and the signal is better but still weak. When I plugged this into my computer, it felt like I was sitting downstairs next to the router. Now I have full signal and better speed. This uses my Xfinity router downstairs, sends the signal to my Netgear wall mounted powerโ€ฆ

Plug and play

INITIAL VERIFICATION: Received this Wi-Fi adapter in the mail today, plugged it in and it was recognized straight away and was ready to use on my Windows 10 computer good product. UPDATE: I switched to my Linux install and found that this does NOT work for Linux. I just put together a new build system using a Ryzen 5 2600x processor and an Asus motherboard. Instead of plugging in a Wi-Fi card, I bought this Wi-Fi antenna for convenience. All the other computers I've had were pre-built, had Wi-Fi and Windows already installed, and I've never used a Wi-Fi antenna. After looking at a number of these devices on Revain, I decided on this device because of the good reviews, the detachable part of the antenna and the fact that the antenna does not require aโ€ฆ
