Works in Italy with no problems, will work in many countries and has 1 fast charge port that works great and I still use it in the States because it's faster than my usual Apple charger. There are two USB ports and you can plug something in the front. Overall it feels solid enough.

in general an excellent adapter! Compact enough for travel and very easy to use. I used it during my trip to Bali where power surges can be common and it worked great. I liked that it had 2 USB cable slots on the side so I didn't have to carry separate chargers for multiple phones. I would definitely use it for other international trips.

I have some adapters because I'm a little traveler but I bought this one because it seems all the right pins are hidden which protects the pins but also takes up less space and won't puncture storage bags. A good power adapter and surge protector are essential when traveling to some countries (e.g. Russia and China). . When using in wall outlets, I often had to support things underneath so the weight of what I was putting into the adapter didn't pull it right out of the outlet. But otherwise it was perfect for my needs.

The entrance port needs an enema, so to speak; That means it doesn't open for Type A plugs when inserted straight, but can be tilted up and in. I used this adapter a lot during my recent trip to Nice (France), Paris, Munich, Amsterdam, Edinburgh and London. I've stayed in Airbnb and hotels. The adapter was a must. The round plugs used in France, Germany, and Amsterdam worked well when the adapter was properly oriented.
