The benefits are that they have an excellent customer service department who is always willing/able for help when you need it! They also offer great opportunities with different companies within their network which allows me flexibility as far what my career path will be like once I am done working at this facility (if there's anything wrong or if something comes up). I like the fact that it is a medical office, not just a medical office call center. The staff seem to care and always have your best concern in mind. I do miss the nurse being in the office every time, but it is a great fit to have a more hands on approach. Make sure that you get with them ahead of time and set up for success. Sometimes the schedule could be more flexible, with some shifts starting at 9am and ending close to 9pm. Some days you may have to get in early or stick around close till
