Great tracking software for internal use!!

It's easy to use for your organization! I like that it allows you pick up where ever in time if needed as well. You can also delete documents from anywhere at any point during their life cycle which makes tracking them easier than other vendors who only allow deletion when an order has been placed or received by someone else working with us internally. A little more control over how long records are kept would be nice but overall its great software so far!! Nothing really bad about this product

  • Very user friendly/easy accesses information easily through excel sheets etc
  • Can upload multiple files per day without restrictions (unlike another vendor)
  • Allows users flexibility within parameters set out before entering data into system such allowing employees freedom while using service.

  • Able To download reports via email automatically once

Professional Service - Affordable Solution

I am very pleased with how fast they were able to destroy my documents! They made it easy for me by using their own equipment so there was no hassle or confusion about what type machine would be best suited for destroying sensitive information that needed destroyed in order to protect our data security system at work. No complaints here as everything went smoothly from start-to finish. We are trying out several different companies now but this one has been great thus far too us. I love how easy

Incredibly helpful and organized solution especially useful if security concerns arise

I love that my documents are shredded with no electronic trace left behind for any organization to see or use again! They also offer other forms of file storage as well such as drive encryption so you can be sure your files remain safe in their hands at all times. Nothing really bad about it but sometimes they have issues where certain types of paper aren't accepted by them which may cause delays or an extra charge depending upon how much time has passed since we last used our service…

  • It doesn;' t take long before most questions get answered via email responses from staff members who understand what one needs while dealing within said industry

Great customer Service and Affordable Prices

A+ Customer service! They are very professional with their work schedule & process which gives me peace to know my documents have been properly destroyed without any issues down the line! No complaints at all but I would be glad if they could provide more options for electronic disposal as well so not just paper/manual trash can go through!! Definitely recommend them. Reliable, High-Quality Results Every Time

I have worked with them for over 10 years now as an employee in two different organizations that were provided service by ACS. They are always reliable and fast to respond when we call or email regarding issues relating to our documents being shredded. There really isn't anything about this organization that doesn't work well from my perspective! They are very professional & always do an excellent job! I've never felt like they weren't doing what we needed at any time during my relationship with them over all these years as well our current one year contract renewal period!!
