Pros
- Great interface, very simple
- Customer service team works hard
- Allows us total control over selling price etc..even at one time.
- Ease in making sales reports using google docs spreadsheet integration
- Very helpful tool especially since many others do no offer such features
- Makes managing everything super efficient & convenient instead searching through emails which takes ages.(email reminders also available)
- Can make notes throughout process too
