Small squares of this went into the silver plated jewelry we buy. We use it to add sparkle to the little trinket pouches we sell in the marketplace. It would be nice if the sheets were perforated so they could be divided into small squares about 1/2 inch in size.

Having just started using them I can't really report yet if they work as well as advertised. But they are thin but feel solid, fit well in my flute case and of course the price is quite affordable. I didn't know how to interpret the "thickness" rating. They're very thin, but it's good for their purpose.

Every time I tried to wear silver jewelry, it tarnished. I bought them so they wouldn't spoil. Rather than placing the strip in my jewelry box, which isn't airtight, I cut it to a size that would fit in small zippered bags - the kind that can hold the jewelry I find at craft stores. I put each piece in a separate bag. On the packaging you will find instructions on which strip size is effective. If possible, seal everything in a plastic bag and/or add a silica gel pad, that helps a lot.
