I like that it's easy to set up, you can even use your own email address for receiving emails from other people if they have an account with any of the major providers (Gmail, Yahoo etc). I have been using this for over 6 years, they are always accessible to help when needed most especially during business hours via phone or email support! It's great that you can set your own rules/categories so as long their not too many but it does get confusing at times with all of them if there aren't clearly labeled folders!!
