Simple easy-to -use CRM/Staff agency management

The simplicity of the system, the ability to use both the app and website side by side with one staff member is great for both my company and our clients. There really isn't anything I dislike about this software. We have been using it for over 3 years now and haven't found any issues that would make us want to switch over to another system. It's not perfect but we have gotten used to the quirks and are very happy with it! It is a little hard to get used to the layout and how some things work…

  • Easy navigation through various screens/pages within an account.
  • Ability run multiple accounts under 1 login (accounts can be linked together in settings) helps eliminate redundant data entry if switching between different positions or client sites.
  • Very user friendly interface
  • Customer support team available via email & live chat when needed

Great for managing daycare businesses and other small business entities

The ability to customize everything, including how you see your data (both in charts AND tables). It's easy enough that even my non-tech friends can use it! I wish there was an easier way of creating custom reports with multiple tabs or sections - this is not intuitive at all when compared against say QuickBooks Online where adding additional accounts/pages takes less than 5 minutes vs hours here trying different versions until one works perfectly as expected from our end users' perspective…

  • Very simple instructions provided via user manual along side installation steps help make transition quick without any major issues once completed correctly :) We've received positive comments too since installing already after 1 week into business operations !!!!

Great Customer Service and Amazing Products

The customer service is amazing, they work with you to figure out what your needs are & help make them happen! I do not have any dislikes about this product at all!! It's been great working w/AppTrinooversus trying new products from different companies in our industry as well :) Our team has used so much of their services over time that it was hard finding other options until now when we've moved into using RecruiterOne (which uses Troninos) instead - but there really isn't anything bad i can…
