I like that it allows for some amount of customization (including adding custom metrics). Also nice is its ability as an aggregator service - if you're collecting data from multiple sources then this makes integration much easier! The setup was overly complex at first but has gotten better since we switched over in November 2018 so don't be afraid about trying out their web-based interface before signing up with them and making sure they can help support your needs during implementation time…
