The fact that it is an all-inclusive solution for fleet management as well vehicle tracking makes this software one of my favorites in our automotive industry (and I'm not even associated to any department). The most important thing is that they keep their service professional & honest which I really appreciate about them. They have helped me to get my car back in action after it was stolen by another one of our customers who had used this software for his own purposes! The system is very easy to use; we are able get all our information in one place without having multiple programs or applications open at once which can be confusing for end users as well if you have more than 1 IT person helping them out! There could definitely also better notifications of things that pop up like tickets so it's not just me who says something pops right when I'm looking away (or typing).
