🍚 Aroma Housewares ARC 1033E Commercial Rice Cooker - Quick Cooking Review

Have been using it daily for about 3 months to cook and store warm rice in my commercial kitchen. It cooks perfectly and in less than 25 minutes. For the money this is a great win. I recommend.

We like it but we are not happy that the derivatives guys felt that this is not the right house and the package is very wet because it was raining and they gave it to someone door and my leg was broken too so I couldn't get it, my son had to get it and it was very hard

It will fail in about 2 months I bought one to try first and it was good so I bought 3 more and then after about 2 3 months it started spinning off in the middle of the cook cycle even when turned back on it turns off every few seconds warranty covers if you pay shipping both ways this is the price for one new

Good rice cooker. It works best when 25 cups of uncooked rice is processed into 50 cups of cooked rice. I bought it for a church and the rice comes out perfect. We had an issue with the rice cooker turning off before the rice was done, but Aroma's customer service reps were fantastic. I explained my problem and they sent me a new rice cooker. This was after a few months of use while trying to troubleshoot the issue. Thanks Aroma - great customer service!

These rice cookers did a good job of cooking rice. I don't think they are good for keeping rice warm for a long time, like a whole day, because of the small steam outlet. Other stoves are better equipped with a suction cap that requires more pressure to release the steam. I used them in a restaurant where they were used multiple times a day. We needed a large rice cooker to cook for over 100 people. This rice cooker works exactly as expected. It came with two sizes of measuring cups, and the instructions clearly state portions of rice for different amounts of water. In terms of cooking time, this device was quite adequate for its size. I just love this rice cooker! Comes in a nice, sturdy, reusable box and really cooks 30 cups of rice without opening the lid. I also have this little brother, a 15 cup pad for small jobs. Excellent base plate, no extra cost for nonstick tray / digital features. For those who say they burn their rice, learn how to cook rice in a rice cooker! Add the required amount of water! At least 15 cups of uncooked rice for this unit, don't use less or you'll go overboard with cooked/burnt rice.
