I like that it is easy to add new sites, amenities or events through their software system as well has being able update existing information with ease via an online portal! They have not been really proactive at keeping up-to date with changes in regulations by states for example so be sure you research all rules before booking your campsite location if this matters greatly to you (especially when using state parks). I like that it has a lot of features to keep track of campers, reservations, etc. There are a few things I dislike about this software, but they aren't really problems. The most annoying thing is that there isn't an option for multiple users in one account. It would be nice if you could have two accounts set up for different people who are working together, and then set up each person's access to their own separate part of the site. I like the ease of use. It is easy to set up and manage my campsite. I use it to input my payment information and reservations. I also use it to post my own updates, including photos and videos. I don't like how quickly the system freezes, and the lack of a clear error message when this happens. I like that you can see all your data in one place, it is easy to navigate through. It could be easier for guests to find their way around if there was more information about where everything is located throughout the park. There are some features within this software that need improvement such as how long does an event stay listed after being added? Also, what happens when someone forgets something at camp or leaves early from activities? This would help keep track of people who forget things
