Wrong device - computer cable adapter

great service and even better return policy but unfortunately not the hardware I needed. I tried to stream video content to my Chromebook Smart TV but the connection was wrong and it didn't work.

friendly service good for computers and accessories

Although I had to return this cable as it was not suitable for my needs, after the return the seller contacted me to inquire about the order. I explained my situation and they kindly investigated compatibility issues for me. Although the cable didn't work with my device (which didn't support the function I needed), they explained exactly why. The best customer service in my opinion!

Works well with my Macbook Pro except full screen video (green overlay)

For some reason this adapter adds a green overlay to my second monitor when I set the video to full screen. This only happens on my second monitor, so it's the adapter. But only if I set the video to full screen. It doesn't matter which side I'm on. Everything else works perfectly with it. The same green.

Great service and even better return policy but unfortunately it wasn't the gear I needed. I tried to stream video content to my Chromebook Smart TV but the connection was wrong and it didn't work.

  • Works. Through this adapter, a laptop on an LG TV gives out honest 4k, 60Hz, HDR via a 2-meter HDMI cable. Through the 7-meter the same. The color format is both there and there - RGB. But through the same 7-meter cable without this adapter through the insert from AMD - it's just ycbcr420.
