Great Platform - User Friendly Dashboard

I like the ease in managing multiple dashboards for one company. It's been a pleasure to work with the Autographic team. I can set one data source and then click a button to see a dashboard. I can set it, forget it. I know the dashboard will be on the page the next time I click it. The reporting platform can be a bit clunky and can take a bit to get used to. The ease of use can be a bit overwhelming and slow to get used to. It's a great dashboard, but I have to click a button to get the…

A+ Amazing friendly responsive agency, highly recommend

The team at AutoGraphic insight are fantastic people to work with! I have been able compare my sales figures from different platforms over two years across all of our sites & find that we were losing money every second week because it was being manually entered into Excel instead of via an API or OCR integration (in this case Mautic). Once they had completed their implementation - within just 1 hour- everything has changed forevermore!! Our business is now much more efficient thanks AUTOGRAPHIC

Simple cloud-based solution for basic budgeting/accountability

I like that it provides me with an easy way to access my financial statements quickly when needed without having too much of work behind them! It is not as user friendly or intuitive which can be frustrating at times but overall we are happy users so far!! If you need something simple this would do well if your looking just get started quick then add features later once things start working better together!   • Can integrate any data source (like ADP) very easily, even excel files.
  • Customer support has been helpful in getting issues resolved promptly by their agents via phone calls/emails for all questions related directly about using AI product only
  • Great price point compared other solutions similar functionality out there especially those requiring license keys per concurrent end client usage
