I am new to Autoworx, however I have worked with other software solutions such as Docusign, Salesforce, Netsuite, Freshdesk, among others.

I am new to Autoworx, however I have worked with other software solutions such as Docusign, Salesforce, Netsuite, Freshdesk, among others. The cost of entry into Autoworx was reasonable compared to other platforms, however the functionality offered exceeded my expectations. As I have stated previously, I have experience with multiple CRM solutions including Salesforce, NetSuite, Docusign, and many others. When I evaluated Autoworx, I noticed the interface was clean and simple, yet functional. I

Pros
  • This is a great tool if you are working with data that you need to quickly process and transform into something that can be sent out to your clients, employees or partners.
  • It integrate well with excel making it very easy to make quick updates.
  • I like the ease at which you can share data with your coworkers and clients via emails, text messages, etc.
Cons
  • It doesn't have all of the functionality of other analytics tools
  • The web interface seems to be buggy at times
  • You can only upload one csv file at a time, which limits the number of people who can collaborate on a project

When I found Autoworx, I didn't want to change anything. I was already paying for a domain, hosting, and site builder.   • It has everything I need to make my own business more effective.
  • It takes all of the work out of adding services and parts.
  • The reports are very useful, especially when you start doing a lot of analysis with your data.
Cons
  • I'm not good at computer navigation, so I spent some time reading through documentation before figuring out how to use the tool
  • There are a lot of settings that you have to adjust.
  • You can only create templates, which limits your ability to customize the design

Overall its very user friendly and quite simple to use and manage.

It would be great if the app was available offline so you could read reviews without internet connection. Also having the option to use multiple sim cards would be better since sometimes you may not want to pay for data when you're using wifi and paying for a sim card is a pain.
