They look pretty good and are positioned well forward which makes getting into the car easier. They work as intended, which is why I'm giving 4 stars. I took off one star because the quality of the stitching left a lot to be desired. The connectors they welded on are crooked where they attach to the jeep. But they are still close enough that I can put new screws in and tighten everything up. Tightening it evenly keeps it in place and a 250-pound person can safely use it to climb into the seats.

Very durable and easy to install. People complained that the roof bolt was difficult to remove, but for me it was a little more strenuous than the side bolt. A standard outlet will work with a short extension cord, or you can use a deep outlet. No instructions. With only 4 screws to remove and install, it was pretty obvious how to mount it. It probably took 3 or 4 times longer than it should have as it was difficult to align the screws without cross threads. Looks like Jeep used some kind of strong thread sealant in the holes when reassembling. This made it difficult to screw in new screws. I had to be very, very careful not to twist them.
